Alex is the Director of Revenue Operations at Aelieve, where he oversees sales operations, client onboarding, CRM strategy, automation, and account management. He works across the entire client journey—from the first conversation through onboarding and ongoing support—to ensure every process is seamless, efficient, and designed to help clients succeed.
Since joining Aelieve in 2021, Alex has developed expertise in revenue operations, sales systems, process automation, and digital marketing technology. He enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable systems that improve both the client experience and internal operations. His engineering background, combined with his passion for psychology, technology, and human behavior, gives him a unique perspective on how businesses connect with their customers.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through hot yoga and golf, working on projects around the house, and continually learning about technology and innovation. He’s also an avid kombucha brewer and believes there’s always a better system waiting to be built.
