Its digital platforms were outdated, and there was no centralized system for organizing members, donors, contact lists, and ongoing communications. The lack of connected tools made it difficult to manage growth, maintain accurate records, and engage supporters consistently.
Aelieve refreshed the club’s digital brand and created an online experience that better matched its standing in the wrestling world. We implemented marketing automations for donor and member communications, including organized list management, email workflows, and newsletter support. The resulting system brought the website, brand, data, and outreach efforts together in one more cohesive digital ecosystem.

We developed a more elevated visual direction that remained connected to the club’s established identity and wrestling heritage. The website experience was reorganized to communicate the club’s mission, credibility, and role within the broader Iowa wrestling community more clearly.
We also addressed the operational challenges behind the scenes by creating a more structured approach to member and donor data. Automated workflows were introduced to keep contact lists current and support timely communication with different audiences. Email communication and newsletters were incorporated into the larger system so outreach could remain consistent and organized. The project connected branding, website content, supporter management, and marketing automation rather than treating them as separate initiatives.
